Visit the Jurassic Coast Café

We're adjacent to Wool Station for trains between London Waterloo, Southampton, Bournemouth, Wareham, Dorchester and Weymouth for the Isle of Portland.  The South Western Railway Weekend "Day Out" tickets offer great value compared to standard fares.

Buses are available throughout the year from Wool Station on routes linking Bournemouth, Poole, Wareham, Wool, Dorchester, Weymouth and on to Exeter in Devon via the coastal towns of Abbotsbury, Charmouth and Lyme Regis.  Buses to Corfe Castle and Swanage are available all year round from Wareham (one stop on the train from Wool).

From May to September buses run from Wool Station to Lulworth and Durdle Door.

Currently it's a great time to use the buses because of the flat fee £3 single fare but returns and day explorer tickets may offer better value.  The buses have low floors. Pensioners with bus passes travel free. 

The area is served by special "Breezer" buses from Morebus and "Coaster" buses First Wessex.

• The Jurassic Coasters operate all year between Bournemouth, Poole, Wareham, Wool, Dorchester, Weymouth, Abbotsbury, Charmouth, Lyme Regis and Axminster in Devon.  
• The Jurassic Breezer operates from April to September via Wool, Lulworth Cove and Durdle Door.
• The Purbeck Breezer is available throughout the year from Wareham linking Bournemouth, Poole, Wareham, Corfe Castle and Swanage.
